Repair

Day to day repairs include service repairs which arises from time to time such as plumbing works, electrical repairs, AC & generator repair, lock repair, replacement of blown fuses, repairs of faulty switches etc. Regular repair works such as electrical, plumbing, AC repairs, generator repair, carpentry etc are handled through on call basis. Clients can give a call for minor repair work and our Maintenance Officer along with our technician visits the site as per schedule. An estimate of repair work is shared with client and on approval the repair work is done.

Maintenance

OES TECH Maintenance Services offers both corrective and Preventive Maintenance services. Corrective Maintenance is offered on call for repairing works on job to job basis. Preventive Maintenance is carried out to avoid breakdown of machinery and occurrence of maintenance problems in buildings and services. Works of Preventive Maintenance are carried out on the basis of regular inspection survey. “Preventive Maintenance includes works to prevent deterioration of building parts (which depends on climatic conditions) intensity of usage, careless usage, seepage etc.”
